I managed to pass the JLPT Level N3 test. I'm able to speak Japanese after my course. When I moved to London for university, I made a lot of Japanese friends and the Japanese lessons I took came in handy. It has expanded my view of the world!

I have been taking private Japanese language classes in Sophia since November 2005 out of my own personal interest in the language. It has been very fulfilling. My teacher is very nice, she is always helpful and most importantly she is flexible. This helps me a lot as I am a working professional and timing is always an issue as my job requires me to travel at times. The lessons are interesting, catering to my needs. At first, I thought I just wanted to learn how to speak, but now I can read and write Japanese as well. This has especially helped me when I recently went for a business trip to Japan. I could use what I have learnt and at the same time, I can now enjoy watching Japanese movies and understand the conversation.
