I’ve always wanted to do this for a long time. I found Sophia centre so near my house and how wonderful that they offer Quilt, so I quickly sign up! I know if I were to try learning it myself from books etc. it would be tough, I know because I tried and didn’t have a clue! I also wouldn’t have learnt so fast. This is because honestly I wouldn’t be so discipline to do it and Sophia allows me to learn this great course in a classroom, with a fixed day and time and an instructor, it becomes more serious for my part and I can focus better. Now when I look at books, I can figure out how to make them and I can create as many variety of design and projects I like!

I also get to know more people and made new friends along the way. We encourage and exchange ideas with one another and it is so much fun! Every week I look forward to my class and continue to learn to make new things.

I would recommend this class to anyone who is interested in sewing or Quilting or Patchwork. Even if you are just slightly curious I bet once you start you will just fall in love with it!
